Amazing experience the owner was incredible at his craft we deemed him The Alchemist as he prepared a phenomenal tasting of mushrooms that were out of this world. The lions mane and lobster mushrooms were exquisite and his customer service was unparalleled. There are pre-packaged 100 g. vacuum packs in a cooler of many of their cheeses. They will cut and package cheese to your specific needs and will vacuum pack it for transport to the U.S., when requested.

Xavier is so knowledgeable about cheese and so welcoming. We felt at home in this cheese boutique. We loved it so much we went back several times! This is a must if you're visiting Niagara on the Lake!
